Principal's Message

Dear Park View Community,

It has been a true privilege to serve as the principal of Park View Elementary School. Working alongside our students, staff, and families has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my professional journey. Together, we have built a strong foundation that reflects the spirit of exploration, growth, and community that makes Park View such a special place.

I am writing to share that I will be transitioning from Park View to begin the work of opening New Haven Elementary School. While this is a bittersweet change, I carry with me the many memories, lessons, and relationships formed here that will continue to guide and inspire me.

I am pleased to share that Mrs. Sophie Durbin will step into the role of principal at Park View.

Mrs. Durbin brings tremendous dedication and leadership, and I am confident she will continue to guide our Explorers with care and vision. Additionally, we are excited to welcome a new assistant principal to help support the important work done at Park View, one who will further strengthen the leadership team.

Thank you for the opportunity to have served as your site leader. Park View will always hold a special place in my heart, and I look forward to cheering on the continued success of our students, staff, and community. The foundation is strong, and Park View is in excellent hands.
